Description

Jonny Wainman is currently subject leader for Psychology at a secondary school in Hertfordshire. He is starting his second year of ECT.


Jonny is  passionate about using research to inform practice with a particular interest in using metacognition strategies to improve educational outcomes.


In this episode Jonny shares his experience of ITT and the transition into his first year as an ECT and how being a member of the Chartered College has supported him.
